After the marvellous madness of the World Book Day extravaganza, today we were very privileged (at Dubray Books, Galway) to share in the fun of
Seachtain na Gaeilge! Bridget Bhreathnach launched her new children's book as gaeilge
Lulu agus an Oiche Ghlorach in the shop this morning at 10.30am, accompanied by the children of Scoil Iognaid's senior infants class. She read to a captivated audience (all of whom have Irish that is far better than mine, I'm pleased to say) and raffled off a copy of
Lulu.... to one lucky winner. It was loud and busy, it was exciting, it was brilliant... it was all in Irish!
And here come the photos.....
